Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred for advanced roles).
3–7 years in electrical design, preferably in solar, power systems, or renewable energy.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage systems.
Familiarity with electrical codes (NEC, IEC, IEEE standards depending on region).
Experience with software such as ETAP, PVSyst, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools.
